We prefer to work with micro and small enterprises to improve their return on investment in construction projects. Strategic planning, road-mapping, and support for implementation are key functions of our role as advisors.
We have a particular interest in working with our clients on the whole of life planning process for construction projects. Our early involvement includes assistance with developing a business case and risk assessment, engaging professional consultants, project managers (if required) and engaging a contractor for the work. We provide comprehensive advice to the organization on their role in the complete project.

While most of our experience is in the public sector (MASH), we have also previously interacted with the private sector.
